Mindy-

I have a low thyroid and my internist has me taking synthroid. I haven't had any problems with taking the glucophage for PCOS in addition to the synthroid.

I would visit an internist to discuss this and see if you need to address it or not - not your OB/GYN. They will probably take your levels a couple of times to see if you are alway low or not. Then as they adjust the synthroid levels, monitor them to make sure they do not go high.
