I have a question about weight loss and Met. I have only been on Met for four weeks now. I always have been a avid exerciser...I just started running about four weeks ago and I run or do cardio 4-5 days a week for 45 minutes at a time and weight train 3-4 days a week. I only have been on the 500 mg. 3 times a day for two weeks. I have not lost one pound or my clothes do not fit me any differently. Shouldn't I have lost something? I am following the diet the dietician gave me from Dr. Glueck's office here in Cincinnati who is a PCOS specialist. Am I being too impatient? How long do I need to give it before they up the dosage?
