Angie, you should be aware that the estrogen in diane 35 can cause migraines, and that if you have them often, you could be at risk for blood clots. Also, it can cause mood problems. You should report both of these symptoms to your doctor, and ask if there are alternatives.
Also, doesn't diane 35 already contain some spiro in it? Was your testosterone really high or something?
