Unfortunately, it isn't something that can easily be printed out and taken to a doctor - it is the reason my last ex-endo refused to prescribe Met for me. He told me that Metformin didn't work to treat PCOS (rubbish) and that I would have a heart attack if he put me on it (also rubbish.) I apologize, I should have said in the last message that it was just something I had heard from a doctor, not something I researched myself!

I don't have any real reason to doubt it though.... note I heard it was RELATED to phenteramines, not the same as. Maybe there is some literature out there that shows the connection?
