It's certainly possible that the weight loss could have helped to
restore your menstrual cycle. Fat cells produce estrogen, and that
imbalance could have been part of what was making your cycle so
iregular. In any case, congratulations on becoming so much healthier!
You inspire me, I would dearly love to get down to 250 - my current goal
weight.
