your lucky..what I meant by "bunch" is that there are A LOT of them on my skin in these areas. Thats why I had them removed by my dermatologist.Although some have come back,not all have thank goodness!Yes it does hurt to just pull or clip them off.My Doctor used a local anethetic so it was more comfortable.She used Surgical scissors and just snipped them off.And yes I am insulin resistant.Dona
