I had a fasting blood sugar test done and it was normal. But, when I was pregnant I had maternal onset diabetes. While pregnant when I had a fasting blood sugar test it was always normal, it was only when taking the glucose challenge that I would get abnormal results. Does anyone know what this might mean.
