Mine at 7 weeks, shortly after my glucophage was stopped. We've waited almost a year to start trying again. In the meantime I've taken glucophage and extra folic acid because I will be staying on the glucophage this time around. We are going into our second cycle of clomid w/HCG this month, hopefully it will be lucky for us again. If 50mg of clomid works for you there is no reason to up the dose. But if you didn't ovulate this month after taking 50mg, your doctor may up it 100mg.
