hi everyone,

what i would like to know is..... what is the perfect diet for women with pcos and what is the perfect weight for us to be. Nothing we eat anymore is any good for us. I also keep hearing about low carb diets. When i see some of the recipes for low carb diets and recipes in diabetic cookbooks they all seem like the normal food i cook. This may sound stupid but what all constitutes carbohydrates in our food and what do carbohydrates do that may make pcos flare up or how do they interact with our hormones and testosterone levels etc. I guess any info helps. I am just so confused with everything and i don't think stress helps with pcos either.
