I am on my second month on Alesse. The first month my acne was incredible and I had breakthrough bleeding for about a week. This month I am taking it at exactly the same time every day and I haven't had the breakthrough bleeding and the acne is clearing up. In the past I was sensitive to the Pill and I had to take it at very precise times or I would spot. Guess that hasn't changed. Maybe my body is getting used to the Pill and the initial side effects are going away. Hope this helps.
