Sandra,

I had some improvement from diet and the medicine fairly soon - just a week, but today I had chips and salsa and after a couple of hours I had the racing heart, then later sleepiness and feeling very emotional, does that make sense? It's so odd this IR/gloucose thing.

I have just begun treatment and don't know if I am on the right theraputic dose for me yet - I don't think so, but cheating is so dumb, it brings back the craving cycle immediately.

Sorry I can't offer you more hope at the present time.

Good luck,
