I have been on Actos for about 2 yrs, which is why I was able to get pregnant. Actos has resorestored my periods & improved my insulin resistance. All my dr's, except one were fine with me staying on Actos throughout my pregnancy. Although there have been few human studies done, the animal studies are encouraging. I was afraid to go off the Actos because studies have shown that it greatly increases the chance of miscarriage. I too, would love to talk with other women who have PCOS and who've stayed on Actos through their entire pregnancy. Good luck Mary
