I thought periods shed the tissue in the uteris for a baby? My periods are regular, but I was diagnosed with PCO. The Dr says I don't ovulate. My cramps from my period are very painful, feels like someone is taking steak knives and ripping my insides out. I take about 1000mg of Naproxen Sodium tablets for pain, but it doesn't seem to work.
