Hi Kim,

What about the dose of provera? Metformin (glucophage) is not worth a try, it is a must. It corrects the metabolic disease at the root of PCOS and consequntly also helps with the symptoms, including anovulation. If anovulation is not reversed within 6 mo, you can add clomid, but defintely not earlier.
