I have pcos and hypothyroidism...I had pcos without cystic ovaries for 18 yrs. I just had all the other wonderful problems...weight gain, excess facial hair...absent periods...you get the idea... The cysts just showed up a few months ago...and they are grapefruit sized with 60+ smaller ones ...it's no fun...
