Babyzone was the first site I've ever seen that had a section on herbs and PCOS. I've been exploring on my own but it's a whole lot more reassuring to have a more defined list of things to work with. Let me know how it goes with the accupuncturist. Will they be working with you on both the insulin side of PCOS as well as addressing fretility issues? I'm terified of needles but even I'd consider it if it would help balance my body and allow me to have a child someday.
