I find that whenever I take antibiotics, I will get a yeast infection. I solved the problem by eating yogurt with active yogurt cultures (check the label it will say this if it does) whenever I am taking antibiotics. It has stopped by yeast infections. Of course, if you have one right now, you will have to have medication to get rid of it before you try this.
