Hi, yes the Atkins diet is a very strict diet, and is meant to become a way of life, I must say I hate meat and eggs but I suppose we all have to suffer sometimes, I only used to eat veges,,,,, and fruit hardly any meat and just could not loose weight but I suppose that has to do with PCOS and IS.... Oh well I am confident that I can stick to this but I have some fruit and yogurt at times as It has no effect on the scale (thank goodness) I must say I had a sort of craving for something nice and illigal on sunday passed do my DH went out and got an icecream I thought well lets see what this does (take note I have not had any sugar other than from the fruit I have now and again) so I had it without the littlest feel of guilt then it hit me the sugar high wow I was as sick as a dog needed a gallon of water to get rid of the sickly sweet taste and after all that needed 4pain tabs to get rid of the headache (sugar hangover) so I dont think I will do that again in a hurry...... oh well i think that the 1500mg met added to that ,,,,, oh well

good luck with the weight watchers and once again well done.
