Hi Muriel,

firstly I want to say well done with the weight loss, but I also want to add that Weight watchers does not work for most I did weight watchers for 7 months and got no where yest the first 3 weeks I lost a lot maybe 15lbs but after that i started to gain it all back again, no I did not go over the amount of points allowed and I ate exactly the way I should have, so after a while they even let me talk to a dieticial who came back with the result that I cant eat any healthier and cant make any changes in my diet to improve and dont forget I went to gym for 2.5 hours ever night mon - sunday...... I eventualy got so frustrated i left weight watchers because after 7 months of following it religiously I gained 10lbs more than I was when I started the plan....... I was then refered to a dietician by my fertility specialist ( who understands what PCOS does to a body ) and she gave me a low fat eating plan which I did because my specialist wanted me to at least loose 10kgs(22.2lbs) by the next appointment or he would not bebale to treat me yet well I followed the eating plan religiously realy dedicated because at the end of it I would start getting the fertility treatment and hopefully I will get pregnant, well I folled it for 2.5months and gained 14lbs,,,,,, I was so depresed and hated my self I weight 300lbs and thought that was that I was fighting a loosing battle. then I thought I would do some research and found out about the Low Carbing,,,, well I though I have tried everything else why not I started it about 5 weeks ago I now weight 265.76lbs ,,,, and yes the first two weeks it was very quick as promised in the book I lost a stone in 2 weeks ,,,, but it has been slow since then which I do not mind as at this rate I have to see my specialist in November and I know I will be looking at starting my fertility treatment then,,,,, I am not denying myself anything as I do have a treat now and then but I have lost the craving for sugar i used to have very bad cravings for sugar before I started this but now I dont even like the taste anymore it makes me ill if I do have it..... I feel like a women again, and though weight watcher is good for some people but I am sure for some not.....

sorry it was so long.....
