Hi Barb,
You failed to mention any usual symptoms of PCOS, but if you got pregnant, I do not see the reason why to bother about it. You can still be IR and this has to be adressed. Yous should add 800 mcg of folic acid to minimise the risk of neural tube defects (caused by metformin)-
