I can't find much information on the subject and what I have found gives no advice. I do find it is often related to diet, but there are other times when it clearly is not related. I'm taking 2000mg per day and am losing weight following a healthy diet plan. I do not want to stop taking it, but on a bad day (belching day) I wonder how much more I can take! It's painful and extremely uncomfortable. If anyone has any advice please let me know.
