Appetite and XR

Has anyone else had a decreased appetite with the XR? I'm not hungry and the thought of eating right now is ugh.I'm eating healthier when I do eat.I usually eat one big meal then snack at other times.I've lost 21 pounds since starting it a month ago.

I'm watching this to make sure I don't lose too much too fast.I just wanted to see if I was the only one experiencing this.
