Vaniqa with electrolysis?

Hi! I have been getting electrolysis done and tend to get little red bumps from it, lasting up to a week. I would like to start using Vaniqa in addition to the electrolysis, but am concerned that my skin might react really poorly to that. The pamphlet on Vaniqa suggests that you continue to use your regular hair removal techniques, since Vaniqa only slows down the hair growth. Has anyone else tried Vaniqa and electrolysis in combo? Does Vaniqa alone cause skin irritation? Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
