Hi Teresa,

800 mcg is 800 mcg. If you have in your present prenatal vitamin 800 mcg of folic acid that"s it. By the way this is the typical problem with taking OTC drugs, you can things added up without knowing it. On the other hand, folic acid is a water soluble vitamin, so there is no danger overdosing it.
