I have PCOS and a thyroid condition. However, my deep voice is not a condition of the PCOS it is a condition of a thyroid problem. Often times people with a thyroid condition go hoarse or their voice becomes deep. Teresa <anonymous@obgyn.net> wrote: I sort of think that a deep voice is a symptom of PCOS. It sort of makes sense.
