stomach pain. Previous message: anonymous: "Re: Dr Sam....... from DEEDEE" i have been on glucophage since june, things were going reasonably well and i lost a lot of weight, this last week though, i have been having this unbearable pain in my upper stomach, almost as high as the chest.. the first day i thought it was just acid reflux and took some acid reducers, but that didnt help, the pain has descended since and it is in my middle stomach. i also have nausea and fever .. when i saw my primary physician she said i could possibly have a gall bladder infection/inflammation.. she took some blood tests and they were negative. i am still due for a scan next monday. i am wondering if any of you have had similar experiences and i am wondering if this is symptoms of liver damage or something?? i have stopped my glucophage for the time being till i get my scan results and things look okay.. i would appreciate your inputs, thnx Next message: Anonymus: "Re: I am pregnant and should I be on Met?"
