When I looked on Amazon, there are alot of them. Can anyone help me with specific names and authors that they found were good? In general and specifically for hormonal issues. Also, the Vitex that is mentioned is that Vitex Elixir? And, everyone uses certain anacronym for things.. does anyone have a general list of those..
