Hi Doctor Sam,

Thank you for the reply, my doctor did check for the possibility of a miscarriage and the results were negative.

My doctor does not want to check the thickness of the endometrium just yet, he says that he wants me to try the primulot -n first if this does not help he will look at other options. he has prescibed 15mg/a day.

The Very heavy bleeding has now stopped and it has returned back to what it was before, very slow bleeding and tiny clots now and then, I can where a pad and there will be nothing only when I go to toilet there will be blood on the TP(sorry for the decription). I have now started to Primulot-N.

Can you tell me when the course is finished and I start to bleed then will that be my new cycle or will I work from the previous date???

Thank you very much for your time

Primolut only helps if your endometrium is thick, but I do not know if it was measured or not. The usual doasage is 5-10 mg/day.
