Although you didn't return my leter, I think I suggested to measure estradiol and/or endometrial thickness. You can thinlk on miscarriage, but not if your cycles are anovulatory (as yours). Primolut only helps if your endometrium is thick, but I do not know if it was measured or not. The usual doasage is 5-10 mg/day.
