shinta, i understand what you are going through, but it is important to remember that glucophage is not a miracle drug. it is not designed to restore your periods, it is designed to help restore your insulin metabolism. the fact that it "fixes" our menstrual cycles is a fortunate side effect. i was on glucophage for over a year before i experienced my first natural period. i am still somewhat irregular, but much more so than before i started. there are some things you can do to help things along. the weight loss is great and monitering your diet will definately help. also walking several miles each week is beneficial to your metabolism. some people have said that stopping caffiene helps as well. hang in there things will happen, getting your reproductive system in shape sometimes takes a while...

love, paula
