Don't worry. There are two other insulin sensitizers that are not related to Met - Avandia and Actos. They are great for people whose bodies cannot handle Met.

You can also try the many oral contraceptives that mask many PCOS symptoms. I use one and think it is a damn good mask.

There is also Spironalactone (an androgen inhibitor).

Talk to you dr about the many options and I am sure there is one that is right for you. Get a good reproductive endochronologist.
