Also, what are you saying about you having to "bleed regularly or you end up anemic"???? That doesn't make any sense---in fact, the more you bleed, the more your chances of becoming anemic are. I know this for a fact because I AM anemic and when I have my "periods" I bleed continuously month after month, which makes my anemia WORSE. It's the reason I keep ending up in ER. Can you please clarify your post and tell us who you were replying to?
