Hi Laura, Actually, hypoglycemia can often occur when taking insulin sensitizers. You need to call your Dr. to discuss these symtpoms, rather than just posting here. You may need to be on a different type of insulin sensitizer--like Avandia or Actos, or just watch what you're eating and check your blood sugar. Only you and your Dr. can discuss that--so call and make an appt. if necessary to discuss that with him/her. Good luck--Zowie :)
