This is my third month and am now on 3 doses a day of clomid (50mg each)for 5 days and Glucophage 2x's a day (500mg each). My MD. only increased the clomid not the glucophage because it would lower sugar levels too much. I have not had success yet in achieving pregnancy but I did ovulate this month for the first time since I have been charting my cycles. Good Luck
