Metformion can solve the entire problem (without Clomid) as it helps your metabolism to use your insulin better, which in turn decreases androgen overproduction (the cause of most PCOS symptoms) plus restore your ovulation. Your miscarriage may also have been connected to your PCOS and this can also addressed by treating your insulin resistance. For your info
