The first 12 months, I only had 3 cycles, the dr that I had said that maybe I should go off it, "it doesn't work for everybody" but hey, I figured that was much better than what I had before (3 cycles in 5 years), my hair growth seemed a little better and I had lost 28 lbs.(while watching my carbs) So I stayed on it anyway, and four months and two cycles later, I found out I was pregnancy! What a happy suprise! I actually went on Glucophage primarily to regulate my insulin (I found that #2 diabetes in females was prevalant in my family history) I figured I would try for a pregancy after I got that under control, when my body was healthy. I guess it was ready! Hope all goes well for you, be patient! PS. I stayed on Gluco for 15 weeks into my pregnancy to reduce the miscarriage risk, I am now 18 weeks and all is going well.
