Hi, Someone in the past few weeks mentioned Saw Palmetto to help regulate the testosterone levels and I was wondering what references did you use? I figured what the heck since at this point I just got my GYN to take me off BCP a month ago and to put me on the provera (10 day cycles) I'm still going rounds with my GYN and medical insurance to get them to try an IR. I'm wondering if it's just my imagination or did you also have problems with excess hair before taking the saw palmetto and did it slow down the facial hair for you too? I've also noticed that I've been feeling different but I can't seem to pinpoint how exactly other than having more energy and less mood swings lately. Yesterday I got home from work and I was itching to go jogging or any other form of heavy excercise. That's the first time I've felt like that in years. Is it just me?

I'm only taking the saw palmetto, calcium and a daily multi-vitamin regularly and I'm supposed to start the provera at the beginning of September.
