Cindy, thanks for the advice. i ordered it after reading your message. not long ago, i started taking bcp (ortho-cept) and spiro for PCOS. it has helped my skin somewhat, but i still think it's too early for these meds. to have made any BIG impact. i am also using Differin and erythromyacin topical gels for blemishes, and i'm thinking that the Proactive will give my skin the boost it needs!
