Your blood sugar levels are normal, it means you are not hyperglycemic, but your insulin maybe still high. The latter is called hyperinsulinemia and is the sign of insulin resistance (IR). The link between IR and PCOS is not a feature of this forum, it is scientifically proven. For your info
