Hi! I have a camping horror story after I first started taking glucopage last July. Not an experience I ever want to live through again, non-stop diarrea!! Some people's bodies react with the diarrea, vomiting, and nausea, where some people's don't. I am with Zowie, I would wait until you come home and start the meds, but that is my personal opinion...Good luck!
