Hi Chrisitna,

1. Why is it a nuisance to take two suppositories a day? Suppositories are the best application form of P. 2. There are several contradictions in this story. Progesterone is produced by the corpus luteum (CL) during the second half of the cycle (if you ovulate) and thereafter if you conceive it is further turned out by the CL and by the placenta. So I do not see why to make sure you haven't conceived. On the contrary, PCOSers take it during the first 3 mo of pregnancy to provide enough P for the continuation of pgy. The other application, if you do not ovulate, you take P for 10-14 days and after that you get a bleeding Things are a bit complicated...

Sam
