I was on the Depo shot for a year and a half and stopped last July. It has been a year since with nothing happening. My doctor just put me on Glucophage and it has been about 2 weeks. My side effects are the same as everyone else, but not nearly as bad as some of you. My stomach just hurts after I eat, no matter what it is. I am also tired all the time. What I am wanting to know is if anyone else was on the shot and was then diagnosed with PCOS? My cycle was normal and had no problems until after my daughter was born, when it was time to get off of the shot. How long do we take the Glucophage? What then?
