Hi Muriel,
Your experience is quite interesting, because most peopel feel sleepy, someone even tired while on progesterone. The basic explanation for its mood effects is, that there are progesterone receptors in the brain and they may influence your mood. My question is, what preparation and what dosage have you taken? You said that you had regular periods before, but were you ovulating?
