Hi Dona--

Thank you so much for your help. Things are starting to look brighter! I did call to ask to be in the study so we'll see when they call me back if I can participate. Also I called Dr. Metzger to make an appointment because she was on the list of professional members of this organization. Have you heard about her? From your description of Dr. Cataldo, that sound more like the person I should be seeing.

No one has talked to me about insulin sensitizers though from all I'm readin that seems like something I should be on. My doc did bloodwork: glucose and a bunch of hormone levels. However he didn't even ask what day of my cycle I was on. When I pried it out of him to let me know about the test results he said they were "reasonable". They didn't do insulin. Last week I did ask for my actual test results on paper so when they come I'll see how they really look. I can't believe they think I'm so stupid that I wouldn't try to research this on my own!! I guess they depend on you to go with the flow and act ignorant. Anyway, if you could email me his number that would be great. Again thanks for all you help!
