It's so much more than just a moisturizer. Since I've begun using it my periods are regular, my hot flashes are almost non existent, and my PMS has drastically reduced. For the cream I use, I apply it twice a day (AM/PM) either on my stomach, between my thighs, on my breasts, and also on the back of my neck. If you don't have the link I sent let me know and I will resend it to you. It just really gets into more detail about the benefits of using it. Let me know.
