For me, it was fine, i didn't put on weight at all but my sex drive did suffer slightly. After six months i came off it and my periods are now normal. Another option is to go to a Chinese doctor who will treat PCOS holistically rather than stuffing you full of drugs to treat the symptons- chinese medicine is also very successful at treating psorisis. Western medicine is yet to tackle the causes! Good luck with the dianette, remember if it doesn't work there are other options and lots of support.
