Dr. Sam, In case you dont remember ( I know you help alot of people) my 17 year old daughter was diagnosed in May with PCOS. Yesterday was her 1st appointment with her new RE. Up until now she was seeing an Endo. We were told yesterday that she has a tumor or growth on her pancreas that was causing all her PCOS symptoms, the excessive hair growth, the insulin problem, etc. The RE kept talking about how rare this was yet everything I have read since yesterday seems to lean toward beign tumors being rare and the majority being cancer. Any info that you can send my way I would really appreciate. She is only on Ortho Tri Cyclen and spiro. Also I dont mean to sound gross but does her nausea and very frequent diarrhea have anything to do with this tumor or growth.

Thank you in advance Sharron
