I was diagnosed pcos last july-2000 and I am now up to 2200mgs of met a day. It has been slow, but the weight is consistently coming off. I weigh in at the drs in 2 weeks, and I think I am about 23-25 pds now. I am glad to see there are others losing like me, because I was feeling like a minority when some would come on here and say..Hey! I've lost 25 pds in 2-3 months! My dr told me they see more of a successful weight loss if people lose it slow, and are less likely not to gain it back. So keep up the good work!
