I have been diagnosed w/pcos since i was about 13 years old. the older i get the worse my personal symptoms get. i have gained 100 pds over the last year and have recently started water aerobics because this weight has no explanation even keeping a food diary on strict diets i gain weight. please email me at my personal email address so we can talk about our frusterations more one of my biggest problems is that i really have no one that i feel understands me or my symptoms. my email address is wowedout@juno.com
