Kristie,
It's very hard to know what all of this means, and I am goingt through the same thing. I remember having a cyst on my ovaries at about age 17 and am now diagnosed as having PCOS. It is also hard for me to lose weight, which I never ahd a weight problem, until being diagnosed with Glucose Intolerance, hypothyroidism & PCOS. I didn't have a period for a year, so my OBG suggested that I go on Glucophase to treat it & I've been having a pretty normal cycle ever since. Still no pregnancy and still 40 pounds over weight for no apparent reason at all - exept for this crazy hormonal imbalance. I wonder why all these different symptoms are linked up with this imbalance. There have got to be some answers out there for all of us. Please let me know what you find out. Oh, & I also suffer from depression at times & have off & on for a long time. Talk to you later.
Alene
p.s. Good luck with the Glucophage. Lets research as much as possible, so we can crack this sequence of events. It's like a trap that we're stuck in.
